Join a commercially driven trading desk focused on bulk commodity and wide-spec resin transactions across North America, managing a book of business and executing buy and sell strategies.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a book of business across producers, resellers, and end users
- Trade commodity and wide-spec resins, primarily PE and PP, with exposure to select styrenics
- Execute buy and sell strategies aligned with market conditions and inventory positions
- Negotiate pricing, volumes, delivery terms, and commercial structure
- Manage existing trading relationships while selectively expanding the customer base
- Coordinate rail logistics and actively manage demurrage exposure
- Track deals, shipments, and performance against commercial targets
- Use market intelligence to stay ahead of pricing and supply shifts
Requirements
- Several years operating in resin trading, brokerage, or bulk commercial roles
- Strong commercial instincts
- Negotiation skills
- Risk awareness
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, lightly structured environments
Qualifications

Nice to Have
- Direct experience with wide-spec or prime-adjacent PE and PP
- Established relationships with producers and large-volume buyers
