Residential Real Estate Analyst

About This Role

Join a team of sell-side analysts dedicated to enhancing single-family investor capabilities and scale through Entera's advanced technology. This role involves profiling investment goals, evaluating acquisition and selling opportunities, and performing data-driven real estate analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in single-family residential investing strategies and value chain
• Understand client requirements and integrate them into real estate discovery and evaluation models
• Prepare and package data for client reports
• Create and prepare documents to push projects through to completion
• Analyze real estate, understand overall valuations, and perform research using internal and external tools
• Assist in the creation, refinement, and continuous training of underwriting/property discovery models using Entera's tools
• Underwrite disposition opportunities accurately using market comparables to determine accurate valuation and list price
• Underwrite and provide initial valuations to assist in the sales process for potential portfolio dispositions
• Underwrite and locate investment opportunities to prepare and communicate initial bid prices to clients
• Consolidate, cleanse, and transform data for automated property underwriting within Entera's property data system
• Prepare reports and daily summaries regarding client goals
• Monitor real estate trends and prepare market analysis

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work well in a high-intensity environment
• Resourceful and able to function in a startup-like environment
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
