This full-time, on-site Resident Lifestyle Director role in The Villages, FL involves planning and executing engaging activities and programs to enhance the quality of life for residents, managing the lifestyle budget, and supervising activity staff. The director will foster community engagement and collaborate with residents and families to ensure personalized experiences.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of engaging activities and programs for residents
- Enhance the quality of life for residents through meaningful opportunities

Requirements
- Experience in Event Planning, Program Development, and Activity Coordination
- Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Organizational Skills
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Familiarity with Senior Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care Communities
- Basic Budget Management and Administrative abilities
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to enhancing the well-being of seniors
- Proficiency in using modern technology and information systems
Qualifications
- Related educational background in Recreation, Gerontology, or a similar field is a plus
