About This Role

Provide compassionate care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities and monitoring their health status for 12-hour day shifts in Cleveland, OH.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' well-being
Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to the nursing team
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment
Support residents with mobility and transfer assistance as needed
Document care provided accurately and timely
