Join Danbury Senior Living as a Resident Care Companion or STNA, providing daily personal care and assistance to residents. Build meaningful relationships and contribute to a caring team environment.
Responsibilities
- Interact with residents while engaging in activities of daily living
- Assist residents with daily personal care routines such as showers, bathing, and personal hygiene
- Help residents prepare for and escort them to meals, activities, social programs, and appointments
- Assist residents with various other daily needs as necessary
Requirements
- No certification required for Resident Care Companion positions
- STNA certification for STNA positions
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a similar capacity in a Senior Living setting
