About This Role

The Research Fellow will support Australia's transition to green ironmaking by developing a quantitative framework to connect impurity content, process parameters, and microstructural evolution to low-emission processing pathways. This role involves designing and conducting laboratory experiments and applying advanced analyses within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Design and conduct laboratory experiments
  • Apply advanced microstructural, thermodynamic and kinetic analyses
  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team across academia and industry
  • Contribute to high quality publications
