Support research initiatives by conducting experiments, analyzing data, and preparing detailed reports to advance ongoing projects and contribute to publications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct experiments and analyze data to support ongoing projects
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations of findings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research goals
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and publications
• Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biology or chemistry, or similar life sciences field
• 2-4 years of experience with basic and a range of specialized laboratory techniques (post-college)
• Experience with general product development process in a highly regulated industry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
