Requirements
- Proven experience in Project Management
- Strong proficiency in Xactimate, including accurate and detailed repair estimate writing
- Demonstrated ability to manage crews and subcontractors
- Ability to interpret, review, and reconcile scopes of work provided by insurance companies
- Strong understanding of insurance restoration processes, including documentation and scope alignment
- Proven ability to budget and manage subcontractor costs
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
