The Removal Floater assists with all aspects of customer pick-up for online auction items, ensuring every winning bidder receives exemplary service. This role involves organizing inventory, greeting customers, and helping them find their items.
Responsibilities
- Know how auction items are categorized on shelves
- Greet and assist customers in finding their items
- Scan customers in and out for item pick-ups
- Encourage customer re-engagement by providing positive service
Requirements
- Must be available to work onsite Monday – Friday for 8 hours
- Ability to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift
- Ability to follow written directions and company policies
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Customer-focused
- High School Diploma or equivalent
