Join our remote team as a Detail-Oriented Professional, focusing on customer support, data management, and travel assistance. This role combines administrative work, planning, and customer service in a dynamic virtual environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data in company systems and databases
- Manage and organize scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements for clients
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with general administrative tasks, document management, and record keeping
- Coordinate travel-related details, including itinerary updates, bookings, and confirmations
- Perform quality checks on data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with internal teams and external clients to provide scheduling and travel-related support
- Follow company guidelines and procedures to maintain efficiency in remote work
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data with accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a remote setting
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable using CRM software, scheduling tools, or travel booking platforms
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate ’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in data entry, customer service, travel coordination, or scheduling is a plus
