About This Role

Join our remote team as a Detail-Oriented Professional, focusing on customer support, data management, and travel assistance. This role combines administrative work, planning, and customer service in a dynamic virtual environment.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update data in company systems and databases
  • Manage and organize scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements for clients
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, document management, and record keeping
  • Coordinate travel-related details, including itinerary updates, bookings, and confirmations
  • Perform quality checks on data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with internal teams and external clients to provide scheduling and travel-related support
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures to maintain efficiency in remote work

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data with accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a remote setting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable using CRM software, scheduling tools, or travel booking platforms
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate ’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)
  • Previous experience in data entry, customer service, travel coordination, or scheduling is a plus
