About This Role

The Transportation Compliance Officer will ensure that 654 Global & Limo adheres to all airport, municipal, and state regulations related to ground transportation operations. This role involves managing permitting, insurance, driver compliance, and vehicle licensing across various airport markets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all airport and city operating permits, ensuring timely renewals and accurate documentation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with airport authorities and compliance offices.
  • Maintain and renew Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for all company and driver policies.
  • Verify all active drivers have valid driver's licenses, MVRs, and insurance records.
  • Track expirations and ensure renewals are completed prior to lapses.
  • Maintain compliance records for all company and owner-operator vehicles, including registrations, inspections, and decals.
  • Conduct regular internal compliance reviews to ensure audit readiness.
  • Prepare reports and provide updates on compliance status to company leadership.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years' experience in transportation, logistics, or airport operations compliance.
  • Knowledge of airport permitting, insurance requirements, and transportation regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, or document tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently.
