This remote, entry-level role combines customer service and sales, offering a clear path for professional and financial growth without requiring prior sales experience. It focuses on guided sales conversations with pre-qualified individuals for financial products, with strong training and mentorship provided.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with warm inquiries from individuals who requested information through various channels
- Deliver professional customer service via scheduled Zoom or phone appointments
- Educate clients on available options and assist with straightforward applications
- Match clients with appropriate solutions, including mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, and retirement products
- Accurately track activity and follow a step-by-step process for remote success
- Dedicate 5-10 hours per week to phone follow-ups and confirmations
- Spend 10-20 hours per week meeting with clients
- Allocate 5-10 hours per week to training, administrative work, and professional development
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable, coachable, and motivated to build a long-term career from home
- Comfortable working independently from home
- Willingness to obtain a Life Insurance License
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Able to pass a background check
