Serve as a Remote Pre-Sales Agent, acting as the initial touchpoint to engage and qualify potential clients for the sales team. This role is essential for the company's growth, contributing to demand generation for client products via an in-house contact center.
Responsibilities
- Engage potential clients as the first point of contact
- Qualify leads before passing them to the sales team
- Manage time effectively and maintain productivity in a remote setting
- Consistently hit targets and quotas in a fast-paced calling environment
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills
- Professional and articulate phone presence
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Resilient and goal-oriented
- Working knowledge of Windows Based Operating Systems including Google Chrome
- Own a computer (not Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook) meeting specified processor, OS, and RAM requirements
- Webcam
- High-speed internet access (100Mbps download, 10Mbps upload minimum)
- Dedicated quiet workspace
- Ability to attend 2-week MANDATORY virtual training Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred
