Registered Nurse - Transplant ICU

About This Role

Provide specialized nursing care to transplant intensive care unit patients. This role involves managing various critical care situations and requires a Texas RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in the Transplant ICU
• Manage arrhythmia and high acuity cases
• Administer TPA and provide post-surgical care (cardiac, neuro)
• Respond to CODE situations and RRTs

Requirements

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas
• ADN/ASN degree or higher

Qualifications

• ADN/ASN degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing

• Experience in Arrhythmia management
• Experience in Bariatric care
• Experience in CODE situations
• Experience with COVID patients
• CRRT training
• Experience in CVICU
• Care of burn patients
• Experience with Chest tube management
• Experience with ECMO

• Experience with High acuity patients
• Experience with Intra-aortic balloon pump
• Experience in MICU
• Experience with Neuro ICU patients
• Experience with Post MI thermocare

• Experience in SICU
