Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Dietitian (RD) Health Coach

About This Role

Join TrestleTree as a Registered Nurse or Registered Dietitian Health Coach, working with SIHO Insurance Services to support employees and clients in transforming their health through onsite and telephonic coaching and wellness initiatives. This role involves building trust and developing individualized health plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing, scheduled onsite and telephonic health coaching appointments for weight management, nutrition, exercise, and stress
• Work closely with TrestleTree and SIHO Insurance Services Benefits teams on wellness seminars, enrollment activities, and program development
• Initiate, host, and/or support wellness seminars, departmental meetings, and presentations
• Connect with individuals to build relationships of trust and help them develop individualized health plans
• Positively influence the health, life, and overall well-being of SIHO Insurance Services employees, family members, and clients

Requirements

• Currently reside near Columbus, IN
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Dietitian (RD)
• Current licensure in Indiana
• Excellent computer skills
• Active learner
• Experience working with a diverse population
• Broad knowledge base of medical conditions
• Excellent internet connectivity
• Private work-from-home environment

Qualifications

• No health coaching experience required; intensive training provided. Experience working with a diverse population and a broad knowledge base of medical conditions is required.
