As a Registered Nurse (RN) in Oncology, you will utilize your specialized skills to provide exceptional nursing care for oncology and general medical-surgical patients, serving as a patient-care innovator and directly impacting patient well-being.
Responsibilities
- Utilize specialized plan-of-care intervention
- Serve as a patient-care innovator
- Shape exceptional patient journeys
- Administer chemotherapy and provide supportive care to oncology patients
- Provide blood transfusions, fluid and electrolyte replacements, and other oncology treatments
- Offer inpatient Hospice and End of Life care
- Provide care for general medical-surgical patients including those with urology, surgical, pulmonary, and renal issues
Requirements
- Current state RN license
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
- ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
- PALS certification within 6 months of hire
