About This Role

Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a Long Term Care (LTC) setting as a Registered Nurse (RN) on a travel contract. Utilize your expertise to support patient well-being and meet professional and personal goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in a Long Term Care (LTC) setting
  • Manage and administer medications as prescribed
  • Adhere to all healthcare regulations and facility policies
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements

  • 2 years of LTC experience in the past 3 years
  • Active Arizona or Compact RN license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Current driver's license

Qualifications

  • 2 years of Long Term Care (LTC) experience within the past 3 years
