About This Role

This role is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Dialysis in the Timonium, MD area, ideal for recent graduates. The position offers an opportunity to work in a hospital setting and develop skills in various areas of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in acute dialysis
• Manage care for cardiac patients
• Perform catheter, graph, and fistula care
• Collect blood vials
• Provide coulet care
• Monitor EKG
• Educate patients and families
• Perform fundal massage
• Assist in healing procedures
• Administer hemodialysis
• Care for neuro, oncology, and orthopedic patients
• Manage ostomy care
• Operate PCA pumps
• Administer peritoneal dialysis
• Provide traction & cast care
• Manage tube feeding
• Provide wound & drain care

Requirements

• RN Diploma degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Maryland

Qualifications

• RN Diploma degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
• Entry level position, recent graduates encouraged to apply
