About This Role

Lead and manage the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) as a Registered Nurse Director within a hospital setting in New Brunswick, NJ, providing specialized care for infants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NICU operations
• Lead and manage nursing staff
• Ensure high-quality patient care in the NICU

Requirements

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of New Jersey
• ADN/ASN degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing

Qualifications

• ADN/ASN degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing

Nice to Have

• Experience in Assistant Nurse Manager, CNO, Carseat testing, Catheter insertion/maintenance, Charge, Clinical Nurse Coordinator, Cooling, ECMO, ETT/ventilator management, Manager, NICU Level III, NICU Level IV, Supervisor, Tube feeding management, or VP roles
