Provide direct patient care in an urgent care setting, assessing conditions, monitoring vital signs, and performing necessary interventions for patients at Carrus Health.
Responsibilities
- Provides care to patients in an urgent care setting
- Assesses patient’s condition
- Monitors critical vital signs
- Performs interventions as needed
- Reports to work in a timely manner and adheres to policies, procedures, and processes
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of registered nursing
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Intermediate knowledge of Electronic Medical Record documentation/utilization
- Ability to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written means
- Current state RN license
- BLS certification upon hire
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of registered nursing

- Two years' urgent care experience
