Registered Nurse Clinical Research

About This Role

Serve as a Certified Mobile Research Nurse (CMRN) for EmVenio, responsible for conducting mobile visits for study participants, including blood collection and processing, and accurate documentation. This per diem role allows for flexible scheduling to support clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Set appointments within required visitation windows for mobile visits
• Complete mobile visits for study participants
• Work cooperatively with Clinical Project Managers, Coordinators, and site personnel
• Submit accurate source documentation after visits
• Perform blood specimen collection and processing (including dry ice handling)
• Perform Phlebotomy/Peripheral Blood Draw, IVs, and Subcutaneous Injections
• Collect vital signs, ECG, urine samples, and perform urine pregnancy tests

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Two (2) years' experience in starting and performing Phlebotomy/Peripheral Blood Draw, IVs, and Subcutaneous Injections (date of last practice within 6 months, preferred)
• One (1) year of experience collecting vital signs, ECG, urine samples, and performing urine pregnancy tests
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state(s) of practice
• Skilled at collecting accurate, detailed patient records including documentation of medical history and medication charting
• Excellent observational, verbal, written communication, and problem-solving skills
• Current CPR certification
• Current TB Test

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (preferred)
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)

Nice to Have

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Licensed driver with good driving record and automobile insurance in accordance with state and/or agency requirements and in good repair
• Ability to speak other languages
