This role involves providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals with autism in both one-on-one and group settings. The Registered Line Technician will implement individualized treatment plans and assist clients with critical developmental skills under the supervision of licensed professionals.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct client care in both one-on-one and group settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Assist clients with communication, behavioral, social, and self-help skills
- Follow treatment plans and protocols diligently
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and behavior
- Collaborate with families and caregivers, keeping them informed of progress and involving them in the therapeutic process
- Participate in training sessions and actively engage in supervision to enhance skills
Requirements
- Registered Line Technician (RLT) certification or recent graduate in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Professionalism in interactions with clients and families
