Implement one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism in a home setting, under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role focuses on developing communication, social, and daily living skills in a positive, play-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA therapy programs
- Track data and document client progress in our user-friendly EMR system
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to promote skill development
- Collaborate closely with families, BCBAs, and fellow RBTs
- Ensure sessions are engaging, goal-oriented, and child-centered
Requirements
- Active RBT Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Experience working with children of diverse abilities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children of diverse abilities
Nice to Have
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Tricare certification
