The Regional/District Sales Manager will lead sales performance and client strategy across multiple markets, overseeing a sales team and managing high-level client relationships for an environmental services company specializing in stormwater management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the regional lead and primary point of contact for all client relationships
- Respond promptly and professionally to all client communications
- Estimate work and generate service proposals
- Recommend and upsell additional services to existing clients
- Follow up on new leads from clients, marketing efforts, and trade shows
- Develop and implement client engagement programs
- Conduct site visits and perform light physical activity, including walking on uneven terrain
- Lead, motivate, and influence a multi-region sales team
Requirements
- 1+ years client-facing experience
- Experience in sales, customer service, or relationship development
- Ability to lead, motivate, and influence a multi-region sales team
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors as needed
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- 1+ years of client-facing experience in stormwater, environmental services, or landscaping; experience in sales, customer service, or relationship development
