Regional/District Sales Manager

About This Role

The Regional/District Sales Manager will lead sales performance and client strategy across multiple markets, overseeing a sales team and managing high-level client relationships for an environmental services company specializing in stormwater management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the regional lead and primary point of contact for all client relationships
• Respond promptly and professionally to all client communications
• Estimate work and generate service proposals
• Recommend and upsell additional services to existing clients
• Follow up on new leads from clients, marketing efforts, and trade shows
• Develop and implement client engagement programs
• Conduct site visits and perform light physical activity, including walking on uneven terrain
• Lead, motivate, and influence a multi-region sales team

Requirements

• 1+ years client-facing experience
• Experience in sales, customer service, or relationship development
• Ability to lead, motivate, and influence a multi-region sales team
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors as needed
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• 1+ years of client-facing experience in stormwater, environmental services, or landscaping; experience in sales, customer service, or relationship development
