About This Role

Deliver high-touch, white-glove technical support to end users, ensuring a stable and high-performing computing environment across assigned regional offices. This role involves primary onsite IT presence for offices and troubleshooting complex IT issues.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver white-glove, executive-level IT support to attorneys and office leadership
  • Serve as the primary onsite IT presence for assigned offices
  • Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, networking, and mobile issues with urgency
  • Support Microsoft 365 and legal document management systems
  • Configure, image, and deploy laptops and mobile devices for new hires and lateral attorneys
  • Support office openings, moves, and technology upgrades
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory and meet ticket SLAs

Requirements

  • Executive/C-suite white-glove support
  • Windows desktop environment expertise
  • Microsoft 365 & legal applications
  • Citrix virtual environments
  • Intune or other MDM platforms
  • iOS device support
  • Strong LAN/network troubleshooting fundamentals

Nice to Have

  • Prior law firm IT support experience
  • NetDocuments or similar DMS (iManage, etc.)
