Deliver high-touch, white-glove technical support to end users, ensuring a stable and high-performing computing environment across assigned regional offices. This role involves primary onsite IT presence for offices and troubleshooting complex IT issues.
Responsibilities
- Deliver white-glove, executive-level IT support to attorneys and office leadership
- Serve as the primary onsite IT presence for assigned offices
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, networking, and mobile issues with urgency
- Support Microsoft 365 and legal document management systems
- Configure, image, and deploy laptops and mobile devices for new hires and lateral attorneys
- Support office openings, moves, and technology upgrades
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and meet ticket SLAs
Requirements
- Executive/C-suite white-glove support
- Windows desktop environment expertise
- Microsoft 365 & legal applications
- Citrix virtual environments
- Intune or other MDM platforms
- iOS device support
- Strong LAN/network troubleshooting fundamentals
Nice to Have
- Prior law firm IT support experience
- NetDocuments or similar DMS (iManage, etc.)
