This Regional Sales Trainer will provide comprehensive training support in sales, service, and customer experience for retail home centers. The role involves traveling to home centers to coach, remediate training, and motivate teams, ultimately aiming to increase revenue by educating sales professionals on the home buying and sales process.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Regional Vice President (RVP) to determine strategic business goals for the region
- Assist RVP in identifying under-performing Home Centers and developing recovery strategies
- Schedule and execute enterprise-wide sales training experiences (e.g., Sales Essentials, Next Level Sales Essentials)
- Work with Zone Assistant and Retail Learning and Performance team to ensure logistical and material needs for training delivery
- Lead evaluation of TMX and implement process changes with TMX in mind
- Participate in train-the-trainer events and serve as lead trainer for systems training related to enterprise sales management
- Travel to Home Centers to coach and remediate sales processes and systems training
- Provide support to Home Centers struggling to generate business and move prospects through the sales process
- Provide coaching and training to the Sales Manager group
- Provide corporate and regional Promo support and ensure product/marketing initiatives are translated to the sales team
