Regional QHSEW Manager

About This Role

Lead and support Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental, and Wellbeing initiatives across Facilities Management contracts in the Americas, with a strong focus on H&S compliance through a third-party supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional leadership for QHSEW across FM contracts in the Americas
• Support high-risk client sites in Texas
• Deliver H&S consultancy, including compliance audits, legal registers, and HSE programs
• Conduct internal QHSEW audits (remote and on-site)
• Input into internal processes, continuous improvement, and RFPs
• Manage and mentor one direct report supporting a global client
• Ensure compliance with local and regional HSE legislation
• Carry out supplier QHSE assessments during onboarding

Requirements

• Proven HSE management experience
• Strong knowledge of US OSHA and Canadian OSH regulations
• Experience in auditing, compliance documentation, and contractor H&S management
• Risk assessment and mitigation skills
• HSE legal and regulatory compliance knowledge
• Supply chain H&S management experience
• Process improvement skills in high-risk environments

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (or Diploma-level H&S qualification such as CSP, NEBOSH Diploma, ASP/CHST/OHST)
• Proven HSE management experience, ideally within FM/real estate / O&G / petrochemical environments
