Regional Manager - Southwest Sales

About This Role

Lead and expand Kandu Inc.'s sales strategy and performance across the Southwestern United States, managing a network of independent sales representatives to achieve revenue targets and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company objectives
• Manage, support, and optimize performance of 1099 independent sales representatives
• Set clear KPIs, monitor pipeline activity, and ensure achievement of quarterly and annual revenue goals
• Identify new market opportunities and lead initiatives to expand Kandu’s presence
• Recruit, onboard, and train new 1099 sales reps as needed
• Conduct regular performance reviews, field visits, and coaching sessions to enhance rep productivity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners
• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, market insights, and competitive intelligence
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support regional needs
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, sales processes, and contractual obligations

Requirements

• 7+ years of sales experience
• 3+ years in a regional or multi-state leadership role
• Proven experience managing 1099 independent sales rep networks
• Ability to analyze data, create forecasts, and drive strategic decisions
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel 40–60% of the time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 7+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a regional or multi-state leadership role

Nice to Have

• PT/OT background
• Strong understanding of the Northwestern U.S. market landscape
