As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be part of the Virtual Latinos Core Team, collecting job data, performing administrative sourcing tasks, and providing backup to the recruitment team. You will work to ensure a seamless recruitment process and uphold excellent client service.
Responsibilities
- Manage data entry into Google spreadsheets and CRMs
- Assist in creating and formatting documents in Canva
- Edit and post job listings
- Help source and list candidates for evaluation
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
- Communicate with VAs to provide feedback on proposals and update their status
- Provide cover or assistance to recruitment team colleagues as needed
- Host and coordinate interviews with clients and VAs
- Confirm details for both contracts once a hiring decision is made
