SME Careers is seeking an experienced, remote Recruiter proficient in Korean to identify and refer highly qualified experts for AI-driven projects globally. This performance-based role offers perpetual passive income through referral fees for successful and ongoing expert engagements.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify skilled professionals across a variety of industries for LLM data training projects.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified experts.
- Act as a long-term talent partner, strengthening and expanding SME Careers' professional community over time.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience hiring in South Korea, North Korea, China, and across major Korean-speaking diaspora communities.
- Native or bilingual Korean proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage candidates persuasically.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
