Join Orfea as a versatile Receptionist for a temporary contract, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operations within the residence. This role involves managing guest arrivals/departures, handling inquiries, and maintaining establishment cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Ensure client welcome and manage telephone calls
- Process guest arrivals and departures
- Ensure the smooth running of guests' stays by maintaining good client relations
- Set up and monitor the breakfast buffet as needed
- Ensure the cleanliness of the establishment and adherence to standards, quality, and procedures
- Provide information and guidance to guests
- Guarantee customer satisfaction by anticipating and addressing their requests in compliance with ORFEA standards, quality, and procedures
