This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Real Estate Attorney based in Waltham, MA. The position involves handling all aspects of residential real estate conveyancing and travel for closings across Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate purchase and sale agreements
- Prepare other documents/agreements related to real estate transactions
- Attend closings
- Perform title review
- Conduct file management for real estate cases
- Manage all other aspects of residential real estate conveyancing
Requirements
- Experience with real estate law and related legal frameworks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
- Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Highly organized
- Possess enthusiasm, poise, attention to detail
- Excellent inter-personal skills and be a team player
- Ability to juggle a significant amount of work and tasks on a daily basis
- Willingness to travel within Massachusetts for closings
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Experience with real estate law and related legal frameworks is required.

- Additional licensure in Rhode Island
- Additional licensure in New Hampshire
