Responsibilities

• Work on a wide range of complex commercial real estate matters, including joint ventures, fund formations, financings, and acquisitions and dispositions.
• Support and lead key aspects of large-scale and high-value transactions from inception through closing.
• Draft, negotiate, and review sophisticated real estate and financing documentation.
• Maintain regular, direct interaction with clients, providing practical and commercial advice.
• Collaborate closely with partners and cross-practice teams on multi-jurisdictional matters.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Texas Bar
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate transactions at a leading law firm
• Experience across complex and sophisticated real estate matters
• Strong academic credentials
