About This Role

Implement treatment plans, monitor client progress, and provide in-home and community services for individuals with developmental disabilities under the guidance of a BCBA.

Responsibilities

Implement treatment plans developed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) addressing communication, behavior, feeding, and social skill needs
Monitor the progress of clients and work closely with the BCBA to update treatment plans as necessary
Provide in-Home services (8:30am-10:30am) and Community Services (10:30am-4:30pm)
Provide transportation for participant

Requirements

Valid RBT certification
2+ years of experience
High School Diploma minimum
Ability to provide transportation for participant
Comfortable working with an adult male participant

Qualifications

High School Diploma minimum, Associate's or Bachelor's degrees a plus
2+ years of experience

Nice to Have

Associate's or Bachelor's degrees
CPR/BLS certification
