Implement treatment plans, monitor client progress, and provide in-home and community services for individuals with developmental disabilities under the guidance of a BCBA.
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans developed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) addressing communication, behavior, feeding, and social skill needs
- Monitor the progress of clients and work closely with the BCBA to update treatment plans as necessary
- Provide in-Home services (8:30am-10:30am) and Community Services (10:30am-4:30pm)
- Provide transportation for participant
Requirements
- Valid RBT certification
- 2+ years of experience
- High School Diploma minimum
- Ability to provide transportation for participant
- Comfortable working with an adult male participant
Qualifications
- High School Diploma minimum, Associate's or Bachelor's degrees a plus
- 2+ years of experience
Nice to Have
- Associate's or Bachelor's degrees
- CPR/BLS certification
