About This Role

Implement treatment plans, monitor client progress, and provide in-home and community services for individuals with developmental disabilities under the guidance of a BCBA.

Responsibilities

  • Implement treatment plans developed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) addressing communication, behavior, feeding, and social skill needs
  • Monitor the progress of clients and work closely with the BCBA to update treatment plans as necessary
  • Provide in-Home services (8:30am-10:30am) and Community Services (10:30am-4:30pm)
  • Provide transportation for participant

Requirements

  • Valid RBT certification
  • 2+ years of experience
  • High School Diploma minimum
  • Ability to provide transportation for participant
  • Comfortable working with an adult male participant

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma minimum, Associate's or Bachelor's degrees a plus
  • 2+ years of experience

Nice to Have

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degrees
  • CPR/BLS certification
