Join Cycle Pharmaceuticals as a Rare Disease Account Manager to drive sales in the Neurology portfolio across Texas and neighboring states, primarily based in Houston. This role focuses on building relationships with healthcare professionals and contributing to a patient-focused organization dedicated to improving lives through innovative treatments.
Responsibilities
- Create awareness about Cycle Pharma treatment options and support services for HCPs and patients through various selling and promotional activities.
- Engage accounts and HCPs via phone, email, video conferencing, and face-to-face interactions.
- Educate customers on the prescribing process and support services to identify patients.
- Partner with the in-house HUB and patient support team to coordinate patient assistance.
- Coordinate community-based education through thought leaders upon request.
- Provide input and collaborate with Marketing and training teams regarding diagnosis, disease education, and treatment tools.
- Execute marketing programs and support medical meeting presence to communicate key messages.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs on education and other initiatives.
- Adhere to compliance guidelines.
- Develop and execute quarterly territory business plans.
Requirements
- Pharmaceutical and/or specialty pharmacy sales experience in: Neurology, multiple sclerosis, and neuromuscular disorders
- Experience selling both biopharmaceutical products and services
- Proven field-based experience in biopharmaceutical industry
- Hospital/Institutional sales experience
- Confident at delivering results that meet targeted objectives
- Experience with CRM systems, Outlook, Excel
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, proactively sharing information and insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel > 70%
- Clean driving record
Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical and/or specialty pharmacy sales experience in Neurology, multiple sclerosis, and neuromuscular disorders; field-based experience in the biopharmaceutical industry; Hospital/Institutional sales experience.
