Coordinate activities to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of company performance related to quality assurance processes, focusing on manufacturing standards.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to HTGSS policies and procedures, including EHS and Certification standards like TS16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
- Assure that only PPAP approved products are delivered to the customer
- Ensure all lessons learned (alerts, customer complaints, analyses, warranty evaluations) are respected within program phase and serial production
- Implement Internal Product, System and Process Audits
- Develop and implement quality system documentation and procedures
- Serve as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 Management representative
- Assure IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements are implemented
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment

- Experience with ADP
- Experience with SAP
- Strong understanding of HRIS
