Design, develop, and integrate customer communications and document processing workflows using Quadient Inspire, ensuring efficient and error-free output. This role involves scripting, testing, troubleshooting, and providing expert guidance to end-users.
Responsibilities
- Design customer communications and document processing workflows using Quadient Inspire (Designer, Interactive & Inspire Automation / Scaler)
- Develop and configure Quadient Inspire applications and templates for efficient document production
- Write, maintain, and optimize scripts and code to automate document processing and data extraction tasks
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Quadient Inspire solutions for high-quality output
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to document composition, formatting, and data integration
- Integrate Quadient Inspire with other systems and platforms (CRM, ERP, content management systems)
- Provide guidance and support to end-users on Quadient Inspire functionalities and best practices
- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency
- Maintain documentation and version control of Quadient Inspire applications, templates, and configurations
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in document management and customer communications
Requirements
- Strong background in Quadient Inspire implementation and development
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Inspire Automation or Scaler, and Interactive modules
- Proficiency in scripting and coding languages used in Quadient Inspire (Groovy, JavaScript, XML, JSON, SQL)
- Strong understanding of document composition, data extraction, and document management concepts
- Experience with data integration and data mapping using Quadient Inspire or similar tools
- Familiarity with postal regulations and best practices in mail preparation and output generation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of other customer communications platforms or document management systems
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- EngageOne CCM experience
