This QA Engineer role is responsible for designing, writing, and executing manual and automated test cases for credit/debit, EBT, and Gift Card systems. The engineer will identify and track bugs, perform various types of testing, and collaborate with development and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, write, and execute manual and automated test cases for credit/debit tests, EBT and Gift Cards
- Identify, report, and track bugs using JIRA and Zephyr
- Perform Functional, Regression, and End-to-End testing
- Capture host and simulator logs for card brand submissions
- Analyze data for accuracy and efficiency, and effectively communicates analysis output
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and develop appropriate testing strategies
- Create test plan and test closure documents
Requirements
- 10+ Years Experience
- Credit/Debit test experience
- 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- Knowledge of ISO and UMF specs
- Proficient with Splunk, Postman, Zephyr and Jira
- Experience in Shell scripting
Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall experience, with 4+ years in quality assurance engineering
