Pursuit Manager, Alternative Delivery

About This Role

Drive alternative delivery project strategy and proposal development for RK&K, an engineering firm. Collaborate with technical leaders to create strategic, persuasive proposals and presentations, securing complex alternative delivery projects to elevate the firm's competitive positioning.

Responsibilities

• Produce creative and informative proposals (Adobe InDesign) and presentations (Microsoft PPT) to sell the firm’s professional services across the mid-Atlantic and Southeastern region
• Handle large, complex alternative delivery proposals for clients throughout the firm’s footprint
• Update, maintain and produce marketing material including resumes, project descriptions, statements of qualifications and other promotional materials
• Track marketing activities/leads and maintain associated database (Deltek Vision); run associated reports
• Support tracking of project opportunities through research of client websites, CIP, and other procurement events
• Participate in regular marketing meetings with technical staff to track and strategize for ongoing and upcoming pursuits

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with professional services marketing in the A/E/C industry
• At least four years developing proposals and presentations for alternative delivery projects
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated proficiency editing technical writing, reviewing and proofreading materials for content and grammar, and style
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and PowerPoint)
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign)
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual presentation skills
• Ability to consistently deliver quality deliverables in reasonable time and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously within deadline
• Overall awareness of, compliance with, brand guidelines

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with professional services marketing in the A/E/C industry, including at least four years developing proposals and presentations for alternative delivery projects
