Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all assigned public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, classrooms, and offices. This role involves performing various cleaning duties and ensuring guest satisfaction within a hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards in all assigned lobby areas, public restrooms, classrooms, offices, fitness center, gameroom, and kitchen cleaning duties as necessary
- Perform cup walks requested for classrooms on a daily basis
- Maintain complete knowledge of correct use of equipment
- Practice safe work habits to ensure safety to guests, fellow employees and self
- Handle items for "Lost and Found" according to center standards
- Report maintenance issues by dialing 0 or to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
- Be familiar with correct bathroom, office, classroom, furniture and kitchen cleaning procedures
- Collect all recyclables and trash from public areas and back of the house and dispose in outside trash dumpsters
- Vacuum guest corridors; sweep, mop, scrub, wax and polish hard floors
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in public restrooms
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
- Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
