Manage a service center's daily operations, coordinate service technicians, and build strong customer relationships for a company specializing in gate and special purpose systems.
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for a part of the service center and its daily operations
- Actively communicate with customers to build long-term relationships and find solutions
- Lead and coordinate service technicians for assigned projects and sites
- Resolve service requests and ensure operations run according to plan
- Create and record price offers and orders
Requirements
- Technical education or experience in the field
- Ability to organize work
- Direct communication skills
- Driver's license (group B)
- Basic computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Qualifications
- Experience in the technical field or industry
