About This Role

The Project Manager & Virtual Assistant will bring order to chaos by managing communications between the internal team and clients, ensuring projects remain on track for an award-winning creative agency. This fully remote, contract role requires a highly organized self-starter to handle inbox management, client communication, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage email accounts for key team members, flagging important messages and promptly answering general inquiries.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
• Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables to keep the team on schedule.
• Address incoming customer questions, resolve basic issues, or route them to the appropriate team member.
• Handle various ad-hoc administrative tasks to support agency operations as needed.
• Help with proposal creation and invoicing.
• Manage calendars and schedule appointments.

Requirements

• Highly organized with a system for managing tasks and details.
• Impeccable written communication skills: clear, concise, and friendly.
• Comfortable using project management tools, email platforms, and collaborative software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment without constant supervision.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Project Manager, specifically within a creative or agency environment, is a plus.
