Project Manager Lead

About This Role

Lead a service project team for The Waldinger Corporation, overseeing projects from planning to closeout, ensuring client satisfaction and timely payments. Develop client relationships and manage project budgets and risks.

Responsibilities

• Drives planning and effective turnover between operations, estimating, and the field.
• Routinely closes out projects with exceptional client feedback and quick payment.
• Develops a network of connections with clients, vendors, and industry peers.
• Regularly engages in industry and community events.
• Works with leadership on risk management efforts.
• Proficient in contract review and provides thorough and accurate feedback to department leader.
• Understands contract requirements to ensure easy client experience and timely documentation.
• Successfully monitors the financial and operations performance of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensures installation or project crew is technically competent and supports technical needs for quality installation.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of commercial or industrial project management experience
• Bachelor's Degree
