Manage the planning, execution, and financial performance of complex construction projects within the renewable energy division, ensuring alignment with company values and optimizing revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

- Oversee planning, execution, and financial performance of projects
- Optimize revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Build new relationships to enhance future business development opportunities
Requirements
- Dynamic leadership and management skills
- Thorough knowledge of estimating, project cost accounting, scheduling, procurement, productivity tracking, and reporting methods
- Experience with union workforces, labor rate calculations, and collective bargaining agreements
- History of successfully leading teams
- Authorized to work in the United States
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred.
- Three (3) years in renewable energy, PV preferred.
