The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of clean water network operations projects for the Yorkshire Water contract. This role drives business opportunities, manages client relationships, and oversees construction schedules and project close-out.
Responsibilities
- Drive, develop, and manage business opportunities within the industrial water treatment division in support of Yorkshire Water
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clean water clients
- Attend site visits to evaluate work requested
- Lead bids and proposals, working closely with estimating teams
- Plan, budget, and manage construction schedules
- Monitor progress on-site and resolve issues quickly
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Oversee project close-out and final accounts
Requirements
- Solid understanding of the water industry and construction processes
Qualifications
- Degree/HND in Construction or Project Management or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with NEC3/NEC4/FIDIC contracts
