Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, acting as a liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line management. Review project status, budgets, and schedules, while developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.

- Review status of projects and budgets
- Manage schedules and prepare status reports
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant exempt experience
- Master’s Degree and 4 years of relevant professional experience
- NNS Apprentice School graduate
- Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate
- Associate's Degree or other formal 2 year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience
- Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience
- High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience
- High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 6 years of relevant exempt experience with a Bachelor's, or 4 years with a Master's. Equivalent experience via apprentice school, military, or associate's degree accepted.
Nice to Have
- Provide oversight of all procured material performance
- Establish a consistent operating rhythm with supply chain stakeholders
- Document risks to on-time PO placement and material receipt
- Develop actions to improve performance and support ship schedules and cost objectives
- Drive improvement in overall material costs in support of the CLB program material account manager
- Maintain visibility of fixtures/government property needs and ensure volume and timing supports construction with X46 support
- Ensure new requests are justified with an appropriate ROI
- Represent CLB as part of company strategies for government-funded projects
