Project Executive

About This Role

Lead large-scale commercial ground-up construction projects for a well-established General Contractor in Lancaster, PA, taking full ownership of project delivery, client relationships, and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight for multiple commercial ground-up projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, and subcontractors
• Drive project schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, and quality control
• Oversee contract negotiations, change management, and financial performance
• Partner with preconstruction and estimating teams during pursuit and planning phases
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, compliance, and company standards

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction leadership experience with a General Contractor
• Strong background in commercial ground-up construction
• Proven experience overseeing large, complex projects from start to finish
• Experience in multifamily construction required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Nice to Have

• Senior living / healthcare construction experience a strong plus
