Responsibilities

- Serve as a point of contact between team members, clients, and management
- Perform general office administrative duties to support daily operations
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and project data
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic accounting or financial tracking, as needed
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Prior experience in dispatching, office administration, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and professional demeanor
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
Qualifications
