Program Service Representative

About This Role

The Program Service Representative is responsible for setting up, delivering, and stocking products while maintaining program presentation at customer facilities. This role manages onsite CPS Program operations, ensuring optimal inventory levels and direct customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Accurately stock product for multiple customer programs by filling or swapping product bins to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Transport product to customers as necessary
• Drive program growth through setup of new customer programs and expansion of existing ones
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels using VMI platforms and equipment, placing orders when necessary
• Maintain expert knowledge of program systems and operations
• Maintain equipment, a clean and organized workspace, and professional customer relationship standards
• Actively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and resolve issues impacting customer programs or service levels
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, customer programs, and communication
• Comply with all organizational policies and procedures, including internal and customer safety standards

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• 1-2 years of material handling or warehouse experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience in driving or customer management
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical Certificate
• At least 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle
• Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
• Ability to be on feet for up to 8 hours a day
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to solve practical problems
• Ability to establish, build and maintain positive customer relationships

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• 1-2 years of material handling or warehouse experience, minimum 2 years experience in driving or customer management.
