Program Lead (Patient Accounting)

About This Role

Lead and coordinate project activities for an assigned program within patient accounting, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables while liaising with stakeholders and managing program-specific partnerships. Oversee aspects of budget and financial management, preparing projections and monitoring performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead project activities of assigned program
• Coordinate status reports and participate in teams
• Work with project staff and stakeholders to integrate requirements into project design
• Assign work to team members to ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables
• Develop policies and procedures as appropriate
• Identify and escalate issues following departmental guidelines
• Serve as primary point person and liaison between CNHS and external stakeholders
• Manage program specific partnerships with affiliated institutions' leadership
• Communicate barriers, challenges, and other issues affecting progress
• Prepare documentation and projections for new programs and budget planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 3 years relevant work experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Relevant experience beyond the minimum required work experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a 1-to-1 ratio
• 3 years relevant work experience, or 1 year relevant work experience with a Master's degree
